Currently on site. With architects Liddicoat & Goldhill, a large house and pool have been designed to reflect upon the garden; in particular the magnificent magnolia tree by the house. A new basement will include a sunken concrete bath that opens onto a courtyard, a sunken lounge area and industrial gym.
